Mr. Vinesh Menon is the Deputy CEO at Bajaj Capital Ltd. In his role, he is responsible for building and scaling up the group’s most recently launched Online Investment and Stock Broking business. He is also accountable for development and business distribution of Retail Financial Products through the company’s wide network of more than 200 branches across 85 cities in India.

Mr. Menon joined Bajaj Capital Ltd. in 2007. Prior to this, he was with ABN AMRO Bank for eight years, where he occupied key positions in sales, distribution and P&L delivery for liability & unsecured loans business in south before moving into the ABN AMRO Bank Corporate headquarters in Delhi as the Business Head for the corporate segment.

Mr. Menon has over 17 years of management experience in the fields of business delivery, sales & distribution across FMCG & financial products. He was instrumental in introducing the Unsecured Loans Business in ABN AMRO Bank as part of the Founding Team and has also been a key member in the creation of the Corporate Consumer Segment model for ABN AMRO Bank. His previous employments also include stints with Blow Plast Ltd, a Dilip Piramal Indian FMCG company, where he commenced his career. The company is in the business of brands like VIP Luggage and LEO Mattel Toys. He switched from FMCG to the Banking industry with an opportunity to work with HSBC Bank before joining ABN AMRO in the year 1999.
