State Bank of India raises Funds through Issuance of Debentures

State Bank of India on 20th October 2025 has informed that it had raised Rs.7,500 crore through issuance of Non-convertible, Taxable, Redeemable, Subordinated, Unsecured, Fully Paid-up Basel III compliant Tier 2 Bonds in the nature of debentures of face value ₹1 crore each at a coupon of 6.93%.
