IndusInd Bank appoints Mini Ipe as Additional Director for four years, effective August 2026

IndusInd Bank Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Mini Ipe (DIN: 07791184) as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director, effective August 3, 2026, for a period of four consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Ipe, formerly Managing Director at Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), will serve on the board until August 2, 2030, and currently serves on the boards of PTC India Limited and PTC Financial Services Limited.
