IDFC FIRST Bank Limited has allotted 43,15,816 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to eligible employees upon the exercise of stock options under the ‘IDFC FIRST Bank - ESOS’, according to a regulatory filing on August 5, 2026, increasing the bank’s issued and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 86,16,90,37,730 comprising 8,61,69,03,773 equity shares to Rs 86,21,21,95,890 comprising 8,62,12,19,589 equity shares.
