IndusInd Bank increased share capital by allotting shares under its Employee Stock Option Scheme

IndusInd Bank Limited announced on August 9, 2026, that it has allotted 7,800 equity shares of Rs 10 each under its Employee Stock Option Scheme, increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs 7,791,327,520 to Rs 7,791,405,520.
