APAR Industries Limited announced the allotment of 16,88,618 equity shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of Rs 14,805 per share, raising approximately Rs 2,500 crore through a qualified institutions placement. The company's paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs 40,18,37,190 to Rs 41,87,23,370 following the allotment, and the trading window will reopen on August 16, 2026. The allotment was approved by the Share Issue Committee of Directors at a meeting held on August 13, 2026.
