The offer received bids for 4.75 crore units as against 5.84 crore units on offer. The initial public offer of Ardee Industries Ltd IPO received bids for 4,74,55,842 units as against 5,84,22,516 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 12:11 IST on Wednesday (5 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 0.81 times. The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 5 August 2026 and it will close on Friday, 7 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 50 per share to 53 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 281 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 320 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 105 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 425 crore.
