LCC Projects Ltd IPO subscribed 3.84 times

The offer received bids for 8.04 crore units as against 2.09 crore units on offer.


The initial public offer of LCC Projects Ltd IPO received bids for 8,03,52,336 units as against 2,09,27,281 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:29 IST on Thursday (10 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 3.84 times.


The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 9 September 2026 and it will close on Friday, 11 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 139 per share to 146 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 102 equity shares and in multiples thereof.


The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 258 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 169 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 427 crore.
