Godrej Industries has allotted 80,000 Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, NonConvertible Debentures of the Company having face value of Rs 1,00,000/- aggregating to Rs 800 crore under Series 1 and Series 2 issuance on private placement basis on 22 September 2025.
