Board of Coforge recommends Third Interim dividend

Coforge announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 January 2026, inter alia, have recommended the Third Interim dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
