NIIT announces change in directorate

NIIT announced that Parappil Rajendran has been re-designated as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company with effect from 01 October 2025. Consequently, he ceased to be Executive Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 30 September 2025.
