Infosys allots 8.95 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Infosys has allotted 8,95,814 equity shares under ESOP. Consequently, effective from 29 May 2026, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 20,28,62,79,525/- divided into 4,05,72,55,905 equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each.
