Board of Indian Hotels Company recommends final dividend

Indian Hotels Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3.25 per equity Share (i.e. 325%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
