Board of Manba Finance recommends Second Interim Dividend

Manba Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 January 2026, has recommended a Second Interim Dividend of Rs.0.25 per share (i.e.2.5%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
