Eternal has approved the grant of 64,13,217 stock options under Foodie Bay Employee Stock Option Plan 2014 (“ESOP 2014”), Zomato Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 (“ESOP 2021”) and Zomato Employee Stock Option Plan 2024 (“ESOP 2024”) to the eligible employees.
