Initial Public issue of up to 62,90,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Adon Agro Commodities Limited ("AACL" or the "Company" ) for cash at a price of Rs. 70 per share (including a share premium of Rs. 60 per equity share) (the "Issue price") Aggregating to Rs. 44.03 ("the Issue"), of which upto 3,16,000 Crores equity shares of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e., Issue of up to 59,74,000 Crores equity shares of 10/- each is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute [*]% and [*]% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs. 70/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.
The floor price is 7 times the face value of the equity shares.
