Initial public offering of up to 1,29,01,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of CSM Technologies Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 107-113 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 97-103 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to 138.04-145.78 Crores ("Issue").
This issue includes a reservation of up to 1,30,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 1.47 Crores (constituting [*]% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by eligible employees (the "Employee Reservation Portion"). The issue less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as "Net Issue". Price Band: Rs. 107 to Rs. 113 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.
