Initial public offering of 7,207,207 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each (the "Equity Shares") of EAAA India Alternatives Limited (the "Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.1665 per equity share (the "Offer Price") aggregating to Rs.1200.00 Crores (the "Offer") comprising an offer for sale of 7,207,207 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 aggregating to Rs.1200.00 Crores by Edelweiss Securities and Investments Private Limited (the "Promoter Selling Shareholder", and such offer for sale, the "Offer For Sale", and such equity shares, the "Offered Shares").
