Initial public offering of 54,24,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") for cash at a price of Rs. 59/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 49/- per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 32 Crores ("the Issue"). The issue constitute 26.36% of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The issue includes a reservation of 2,72,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1.60 Crores (constituting up to 1.32% of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constituted 26.36% and 25.03% respectively, of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each.
Issue price of Rs. 59/- per equity share.
The issue price is 5.9 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Application can be made for a minimum of 4,000 equity shares and in multiples of 2,000 equity shares thereafter.
