Initial public offer of up to 38,40,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Gurunanak Agriculture (India) Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 75/- per equity share, including a share premium of Rs. 65/- per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 28.80 crores ("the Issue"), of which 1,92,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 75/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 1.44 crores will be reserved for subscriptions by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
