Initial public offering up to 57,40,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of KRM Ayurveda Limited ("KRM" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 135 per equity share (the "Issue Price"), including a share premium of Rs. 125 per equity share (the "issue price") aggregating to Rs. 77.49 crores ("the Issue"). Out of the issue 4,24,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 5.72 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of upto 53,16,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs.135 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 71.77 crores (the "Net Issue"). The issue and net issue will constitute 27.00% and 25.00% respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.

The floor price is 13.5 times of the face value of the equity shares.
