Initial public offer of 101,815,859 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of LG Electronics India Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 1140 per equity share (Including a Premium of Rs. 1130 Per Equity Share) ("Offer Price") aggregating Rs. 11607.01 crores through an offer for sale ("The Offer") of 101,815,859 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 11607.01 crores by LG Electronics Inc. ("Selling Shareholder") (The "Offer for Sale" and such equity shares, the "Offered Shares"). The offer shall constitute 15.00% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs. 1080/- to Rs. 1140/- for equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.
The floor price is 108.00 times times the face value and cap price is 114.00 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can made for a minimum of 13 equity shares and in multiples of 13 equity shares thereafter.
A discount of Rs. 108 per equity share is being offered to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion.
