Initial public issue of upto 40,99,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of Modern Diagnostic & Research Centre Limited ("MDRC" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 85-Rs. 90 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 75-Rs. 80 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 34.84- Rs. 36.89 crores ("the Issue"), of which 2,06,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 85-Rs. 90 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 75-Rs.80 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 1.75-Rs. 1.86 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 38,92,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 85-Rs. 90 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 75-Rs. 80 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 33.09-Rs. 35.04 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.15% and 25.78%, respectively, of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each.
Price Band: Rs. 85/- to Rs. 90/- per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each.
The floor price is 8.50 times of the face value and the cap price is 9.00 times of the face value.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 3200 equity shares and in multiples of 1600 equity shares thereafter.
