Initial public offer of 22,84,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of Rapid Fleet Management Services Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 192.00 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 182.00 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 43.87 crores ("The Issue"). The issue includes a reservation of 4,21,800 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 8.10 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 18,63,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 35.77 crores (the "Net Issue").
The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10.00 each and the issue price is 19.2 times of the face value.
