Initial public offer of upto 36,48,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of Sellowrap Industries Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 83 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 73 per equity share (the "Offer Price") aggregating to
