Initial public offering of upto 33,50,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") for cash at a price of Rs.179 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 169 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 59.97 Crores ("the Issue").
