Initial public issue of upto 53,10,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Shreenath Paper Products Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 44 per equity share (including a securities premium of Rs. 34 per equity share) ("Issue Price"), aggregating up to Rs. 23.36 crores (the "Issue"). 2,82,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1.24 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 50,28,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 44 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 22.12 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.02 % and 25.58 % respectively of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each and the issue price is 4.4 times of the face value.
