Initial public issue of 80,79,600 equity shares of face value of Rs.10.00/- each ("Equity Shares") of Yashhtej Industries (India) Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 110 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 100 per equity share) (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 88.88 crores (the "Issue"), of which 4,04,400 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 4.45 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 76,75,200 equity shares of face value of Rs.10.00/- each at an issue price of Rs. 110 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 84 43 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 35.01% and 33.26% respectively of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs.110 per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each.
The floor price is 11.0 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 2400 equity shares and in multiples of 1200 equity shares thereafter.
